Your puzzle purchase helps Faith Southwest put a clear, welcoming sign on campus. The sign is a visible invitation for our neighbors to discover worship, friendship, care, and a place to serve.

How to order

We will email you when your puzzle is ready, so please include a working email. You can also sign up in the foyer or contact the church office.

  1. Send the order form, or sign up in the foyer (or contact the church office).

  2. Pay cash or check to the church office. This form is not an online checkout.

  3. Checks payable to Faith Southwest. Memo line: Faith Southwest puzzle (or just Puzzle).

  4. Gorjean Larson (church finance) confirms payment. Cuts are first-come, first-served after the order is paid. Several days is normal. A puzzle is not cut before it is paid.
