This Week at Faith SW
Help us collect school supplies for the Teacher’s Pets group to use at Sanborn Elementary School.
We do not need backpacks. Please bring pencils, crayons, colored pencils, Clorox wipes, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, baggies, erasers, and other K-5 supplies to the collection box in the foyer. See the Amarillo ISD supply list.

Ministry
A new ministry assisting our members and friends with handyman tasks at home. Volunteers offer minor repairs and maintenance—from light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries, and HVAC filters to toilets, faucets, and fences; some also help with computer, audio, and video needs. You provide parts and materials; we supply the labor at no charge.

Our grill team serves hot lunches and gospel-centered encouragement to Amarillo schools that lack PTA or PTO support, as well as church gatherings and special events. Join us as we meet practical needs with joyful hospitality.

Thank you to everyone who served with Habitat for Humanity. Our church family spent the day cutting, building, carrying, and lending willing hands so neighbors in our city can experience practical help and the love of Jesus.

Good News Grillers
The Good News Grillers provide lunch for elementary schools that do not have PTA, PTO, or other sponsoring support. During the 2025–2026 school year we’re grilling for 12 campuses plus AmTech Career Academy, and we also bring the grill to church gatherings and special events upon request.
From August through May, the Grillers rotate through a dozen Amarillo campuses that lack PTA or PTO support, delivering a hot meal and Christ-centered encouragement to teachers and staff. We also roll out the grills for church gatherings and special events when hospitality is needed.

Midweek Focus
WOW brings our church family together for dinner, life groups, and midweek encouragement.
WOW is on summer break right now and will return at the end of August. Stay tuned for updated dinner, group, and schedule details as we get closer to launch.

Kids Ministry
We celebrated what God has done through VBS during our single 10:00 AM worship service on July 19.
