This Sunday we’re opening Colossians 3:12-17 and asking how we can clothe ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, and love in every moment we step into.
- Pastor Mark will teach from Colossians 3:12-17, calling us to put on the character of Christ.
- We’ll let Christ’s peace rule in our hearts as we worship, pray, and encourage one another.
- Invite a friend and get ready to do “whatever you do” in the name of Jesus.

Colossians 3:12-17
Step into Sunday ready to clothe yourself with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience, and love as we study Paul’s challenge to do whatever we do in the name of Jesus.
We’ll worship together, lean into practical discipleship, and pray that Christ’s peace rules in every household this week.
- Learn how to actively put on the virtues Paul lists for God’s chosen people.
- Commit to letting Christ’s word dwell richly in our worship, conversations, and service.

Our grill team serves hot lunches and gospel-centered encouragement to Amarillo schools that lack PTA or PTO support, as well as church gatherings and special events. Join us as we meet practical needs with joyful hospitality.

Good News Grillers
Serving schools with good food and the love of Jesus
The Good News Grillers provide lunch for elementary schools that do not have PTA, PTO, or other sponsoring support. During the 2025–2026 school year we’re grilling for 12 campuses plus AmTech Career Academy, and we also bring the grill to church gatherings and special events upon request.
How we serve
From August through May, the Grillers rotate through a dozen Amarillo campuses that lack PTA or PTO support, delivering a hot meal and Christ-centered encouragement to teachers and staff. We also roll out the grills for church gatherings and special events when hospitality is needed.

Midweek Focus
Gather for discipleship this Wednesday night
We love how God moves when our church family pauses midweek to worship, learn, and serve together. Come hungry for a warm meal, meaningful conversations, and intentional next steps toward Jesus.
Our hospitality team will have tables ready, childcare is available, and pastors will share updates on how we’re preparing for the busy fall season highlighted below.
