Children- 5th & Under
Sunday School for All Ages, Nursery & Children’s Church!
Our Children's department is split into 3 age groups:
During the 9:45 Sunday School hour, children are broken into 2 groups; Pre-K through 1st grade and 2nd-5th.
The Pre-K through 1st grade class is learning about God’s protection for Baby Moses, Samuel’s method for choosing young David to be king, and the birth and early days of Jesus’ life. All of these lessons are tied into the children's every day life.
The 2nd-5th grade class is traveling back in time to the little town of Bethlehem to learn about Jesus’ birth, run with Jesus’ family as they escape to Egypt, look at Jesus’ teaching in the Temple in Jerusalem, and visit many more places Jesus traveled in his time on earth.
Pre-k through 5th grade attend Children's Church at 10:55am. The children come to the 10:55am Worship Service, then head down to their own sermon at our Children's Church. This time is filled with fun, games and a message about God's love for them. A Nursery is also provide during the children church hour.
Wednesday Nights are also focused on teaching children about God's love. The class starts at 6:30pm and includes singing, games and a lesson for all children Pre-K through 5th grade.
